Oh, fantastic! And I'm delighted to report that the memoirist is so skilled in characterizing her acquaintances that I immediately recalled the general plotlines of all but three or four of them just from the brief notes with the names.

And such names! Zoffany Robinson! Beaufoyle Beaufoyle, the poor child. :D
