Sebastian indeed marries Meg. She becomes a noted amateur musician and patron of music.
Now I have the rather delightful mental image of Sebastian K's face when he realises that young Miss Meg F- is all grown up...

Omg, Sebastian/Meg. I really like that. :D

My other Meg-related question was whether her crush on Lady J led to any deeper attachments to women as an adult, but I am so charmed at Sebastian/Meg that I'm happy however that question is answered.
